Who we are

Parsian Media Inc. is a creative growth agency registered in Canada, with a head office at 8108 Yonge St Unit 207, Thornhill, Ontario L4J 1W4, Canada. Parsian Media LLC, at 13425 N FM 620 RD NB 5 UNIT 532, Austin, Texas 78717, United States, is a separate entity serving our United States clients.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to understand how the site is used.

• Information you give us in a form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your company or brand, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
• How you reached us: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, your language, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
• Usage information from analytics and advertising cookies, but only if you allow those categories.
• Technical information needed to keep the site working and to stop abuse, including your IP address. We store IP addresses only in a hashed form, for spam control.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project; to send you a confirmation that we received your message; to keep the site secure and free of spam; to measure whether our advertising works; and to improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run a newsletter or a marketing mailing list.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers. They process information on our instructions only. Because they operate internationally, your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions: 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as we work together and as our records require.
• Records of your cookie choices: 24 months.
• Hashed IP data used for spam control: 30 days.
• Server logs: 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@parsianmedia.ca and we will respond within the time the law allows.

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will ask for your cookie choices again.
